Has anyone ever participated in one? Before I leave this earth, I have to do this at my house on a cool March morning with a few families, kids playing in the yard, lots and lots of cold beer, and processing a whole hog from the snout to the tail. I don’t know why but I have always wanted to do it. Seems like a good time.

John Folse was involved with a boucherie learning experience a couple of years ago. It was held on his plantation venue. It cost a couple hundred dollars, which is why I didn't do it. I don't know if they're still doing it.

Probably didn't have it this year because, well, you know.
