Anyone here ever did a bone broth and if so how have you done it? It sounds terrible but someone told me it has health benefits. TIA

Very easy to do, lots of uses.

Grab some bones (say beef shank, chicken necks/backs, pork shanks). Either roast them or not. Put in water, cover and simmer for hours, skimming off foam. Maybe add some mirepoix, herbs, peppercorns, towards end of cooking or not. Taste (will need a lot of salt if just sipping plain to be palatable). Strain, cool, Use.
