Bonci Pizzerium is opening a Nola location.

The original Rome location is generally considered one of the best, if not the best, pizza place in the world. They have two US locations both in Chicago.
I went to the Rome location a few weeks ago. It is amazingly good. It is al taglio, so it’s square pizza served by weight. They are known for incredible dough and having a huge amount of varied fresh toppings.
Going to be in the WHD.

Yep, probably one of the best bites of food I have had in Rome, and I’m not using hyperbole.
