boil only during full moon. The stronger gravitational pull will allow the shells to pull away better

We’ve already gone-round on here whether IQF’s shells stick more than fresh…I was told the guy at the dock, who sold them to me, was an idiot because he recommended soaking them before boiling.

I tried boiling them in water only then seasoning once cooked a few months back. It was the best shrimp I’ve ever done. I wasn’t a believer until I tried.
