I'd prefer a Breville Smart Oven with convection

^^thats what I have. A decent toaster/countertop oven with convection fan accomplishes the same thing plus does more.

Opinion.

Good tool. Cook a thin cut chicken breast in 10 minutes. Also the best way to cook bacon.

“Frying”. Battered chicken thighs are actually very very good. 380 degrees about 30 minutes.

I recently bought the ninga foodi grill, and it’s hard not to use it for everything. I barely even cook on the stove anymore.

Bought a cuisinart. Really wished I had gotten the Breville now.

I have a Cosori and use it about once a week to cook wings or tenders. I would rather oil fried tenders but feel better about myself using the air fryer. What else should I cook with this thing?

can't I just set my wall oven to convection and get the same thing?

I use mine a lot but more for a grill replacement. I cook a lot of chicken and steak in it.

I've tried some fried foods but its just not the same as oil frying.

I bought a 6 qt "bucket' type and use it 3-4 times a week. I prefer this type over the oven style because of the ease in cleaning. I can put a dozen wings in it then just rinse it out and stick it in the dishwasher.

I'm on keto so this is a great tool, I can prepare fried catfish with a crispy coating, wings, chicken legs, pork chops, cauliflower many other things. It's so easy and fast I don't seem to use my gas grill as often.

I have a phillips air fryer that I use to do wings LINK and fries LINK in. Also anything else that you get in the frozen section that is fried comes out 10x better in the air fryer that in the microwave or oven.I haven't explored alot of the other recipes but I'm sure there are many recipes for it.

You can get pretty close to air fryer results with a convection wall oven. Food is a bit farther from the heat in a wall oven, so you might compensate by increasing the cooking temp a bit and putting the oven racks closer to the heating element.
