Hi Folks. I have a Blackstone with the magnetic shelf on the right side to hold spatulas. Very convenient, only issue is the oil/grease that runs down from them and drips on the deck. Do y'all have a preferred method for catching that grease besides paper towels? Just hoping for an experienced solution. Thanks

I got a mat to go u dear my blackstone off amazon. I want to say it was $25. It is black and any grease that drips goes in the mat. Eta, it’s fuzzy the upward side so it absorbs grease that would otherwise hit the deck.

I had the same problem, my solution was to go to WalMart, get a clean 5 gallon bucket for $4. Put a garbage bag in it then put it under the magnet. When you not using the bucket for a trash can grease trap you can use it to wash your car, mop the floor, all sorts of things. You can also put trash in it while you cooking.

Thanks everyone
The bucket trash can , I have one 5 feet away. One of those metal cans from lowes with the top to put ashes in. Use it for outdoor trash to keep bugs away. Will try that first then move to mat.
Regarding model, 4 burner with lid, tray on each side. One side hooks the other with a magnetic strip. I don’t use the strip for knives but put my 2 spatulas and scraper there so they drip drip drip…
Appreciate your input
