"But location, location, location says they won't fail."

The buffalo chicken pizza with a side of ranch is frickin incredible.

Also tried the french dip style sandwhich. Very good as well.

Service was mediocre, food and beer were great.

I don't find anything extraordinary about this place. It's a chain. The food is bar food. The service is poor. It's the PF Changs of sports bars.. Boring.

Went last night and apparently they haven't solved their service problems. Does it really take 15 minutes to get served a beer after the waitress and waiter from the bar take your order? Then to get offered another table's beers? And it may just be me but when i order a salad with dinner i usually expect it to be served before my meal not 2 minutes before.

Food was bland with no taste.... atmosphere was good but there are plenty of other places to spend my money.

so are we saying if it's not "their thing" or what they originally started with but it's on their menu we're supposed to accept something that's not worth a shite? if it's not worth a shite then figure it out or take it off the menu. should i have to go on a message board or read the history of the restaurant to figure out what is "safe" to order? Damn i hope our collective standards aren't this low.

Food gave me the shits, the 2 brews I tried were mediocre, the service was garbage, and the food was far from outstanding. Overall I give the place a D+. I'll give it another shot in a couple of months. If it wasn't for my abita amber they would have gotten an F.

How can this place still be doing so bad with service problems?
I will give it to well run chains. They bring in a training crew to get things started and within a week or two they are rolling pretty good. After a month, the place flows like it has been open for years.

I have seen this take place at an Outback and Bravos right after visiting some that had just opened. Good service all the way around.

I guess with BJ's having that location and seeing as how people are going to show up no matter what, they really don't think it is needed to invest all of the money in good training.
