Bistro Daisy Is Good

Went last night for the first time. Great food, service, and ambiance. The poached oysters and lamb shank were spectacular. All of our dishes met or exceeded expectations. It’s an uptown gem.

Yep. Like 80% of the regulars, we ate dinner at the 2:45 seating and scootered back to the assisted living facility before 4 pm.

I always thought that was a funny critique of Bistro Daisy. My only real critique of the place is no bar seating. We usually don't do reservations so not having bar seating along with closing so early usually drops it off the list.
Great restaurant though.

I love Bistro Daisy. It has become one of our birthday/anniversary restaurants. If I lived uptown, I would be a regular.

Great place for a more quiet, romantic dinner. Like someone said, it doesn’t get much publicity on food forums, which I find odd.

I always took it for more of an old biddy type place, but maybe that's your idea of a "MILF."
