Birthday Dinner Menu Suggestions

Tomorrow is my boyfriend's birthday, so I'm trying to plan an extra special dinner. I need some suggestions! I'm looking for something that's not going to take too terribly long, since it is the middle of the work week. We're not picky eaters. TIA!

Cook whatever you want. Just don't serve it all together. Serve it as separate course, it makes even the crappiest meal seem special.
