Rodney Scott, James Beard award winner and proprietor of Scott's BBQ in Hemingway, SC and Charleston, SC, is bringing his Carolina pepper vinegar BBQ to Birmingham. Below is the link and some pictures of the original BBQ joint in rural Williamsburg County. Imo, it is the best BBQ I've ever had.
