Best way to reheat bulk jambalaya?

I have a large batch of jambalaya leftover and will need to reheat for a group of trick or treaters tomorrow. Right now it is in an oven bag inside a styrofoam cooler. Gonna refrigerate it tonight and need it warm by 4:30 tomorrow. What is the best way to reheat?
Thinking about putting on a sheet pan it
in the oven with a pot of hot water to keep it moist. Probably about 20-30 servings of chicken and sausage leftover.

That would probably work. I typically add a little water to it and heat heat for 10-15 minutes in a covered pan in an oven.
I recommend large foil containers over a sheet pan.

Place jambalaya in disposal aluminum roasting pans. Cover tightly with foil. Place in fridge over night. The next day before serving time...place in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes...then lower temp to 200 degrees for 30 more minutes. Right before serving mix into the jambalaya some heated water or low sodium chicken stock. I also like to mix in a little melted butter. There are additional reheating methods that will work also...but this method works good for me. Let us know what method you used and how it turned out. I'm always looking for different ways to do something. If you don't have the time for reheating this way..then you can heat in batches in the microwave.

I agree with the above. I usually reheat jambalaya in the oven with added chicken stock. The problem is that rice will get gooey if it absorbs too much. Rice is finicky when it comes to leftovers. Let us know what you do and how it turns out, please.

We reheat in aluminum pans in the over covered. Don’t stir, flip/fold rice over 1 time when its to temp. You can add a little water/stock if it’s dry but too much will make it gummy

Update: I put the jamb in a large foil pan and covered with Heavy Duty foil. Refrigerated overnight. Put it in a cold oven and let it come up to 300 for about 40 mins. Took the foil off to check it and it was getting there. I stirred in about a cup of hot water and back in the oven at 250 for 30 mins or so. Came out great. Leftovers stayed warm in the oven while we went trick or treating and finished it off when we got home. Jambalaya wasn’t dry at all. Soaked the water right in and wasn’t gummy.
