Stainless steel works real well and pretty easy to care for.

I have AllClad Stainless, multiple cast iron, & a few from Sam’s Club. All work really well on burners, cast iron & stainless work best in oven…

Everything we own is Le Creuset

Costco has this set of 2 on sale for like $26 in warehouse now which is really cheap for tri-ply stainless. Surely won't be as good as All-Clad and the others but can't beat the price.

We use Made-In non-stick. They have been fantastic.

Tramontina is an outstanding value. Their enameled cast iron is particularly well reviewed.
I use stainless steel, carbon steel and cast iron. Go to a restaurant supply house for best combo of price and performance on the steel, and search for used US made on the cast iron
A good multitasker for carbon steel is a cooktop griddle; I have one we got at cabelas 25 years ago we use nearly daily

I have these pans and they are solid. Just made an omelette about an hour ago. Really good pans and exceptional value.
