1 part lime juice
1 part bbq sauce (spicy honey)
1 part honey
some tobasco, cumin, and maybe a jalepeno.

the best sauce i've ever had (not ribs, just sauce) was from ronnies ribs. not the memphis style, the other one. i'm going to go over there sometime soon and see if i can buy just the sauce, so i can put it on my slow-cooked ribs.

Can we get some good rub recipes? I usually use a boatload of brown sugar and then add various spices to it. It changes from time to time depending on my level of drunkenness. It usually comes out good, but I'm always game to hear something new!

Memphis/Rendezvous style dry rub (apply mustard liberally before applying the run):

2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1-1/2 teaspoons celery salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
