Solid list. Would add Atlas in the St. Regis and Gunshow. My wife and I always liked Two Urban Licks but it never seems to get too much love for some reason.

My favorite seafood- the optimist
My favorite Italian- Osteria Mattone
My favorite French- Bistro Niko
My favorite overall in Atlanta is Canoe
