I think it will be good. The pre-cooked pork is really tasty. Cooked it in beer, wine and hot sauce.

It definitely won't be standard fare.

I'd imagine you were probably drunk enough to be drinking all 3 at the same time when you came up with the idea.

The Justin Wilson jambalaya recipe calls for white wine.

I figured I'd put it in with the pork instead.

I was sipping a Terrapin Recreation Ale and thought what the heck!

The hot sauce is just normal for me.

I had a Woodbridge Chardonnay. Not good. Not terrible.
