Looking for recommendations in the BR/Ascension area on buying a smoked turkey if It’s not to late to order one for Christmas Eve.
I will have to work all night before so cooking one myself is out this time.

Most places had a deadline to order before today but you might try Franks. They do lots so they may be able to squeeze your late arse in.

Greensburg Turkeys in Tyler deliver the best smoked turkey you will ever have....
and the carcass makes a wonderful gumbo stock afterwards.

My parents buy one every year. Makes for a great gumbo, turkey ball, and sandwiches.
