I don't understand where you are going with this or why you felt the need to post Lagunita's as the best. They are good for shelves but never in my life would I call anything I have had from them the best.

Hmm let's see if I can break it down for you.

1. This is a forum based on posting topics about food and drink.

2. I posted a topic about how I felt that Lagunitas had in my opinion the best line up of brewerys that were 1. Readily available to the average citizen around the country. 2. Had a decent ABV. 3. Had a lineup that showed quality over the whole. 4. Had a line up with variety. I never said it was the best beer I had ever had. I said that within the listed parameters I felt it had the best overall lineup.

3. I then asked what the food and drink boards opinion was.

That's how forums work, you post a topic and people discuss it. That's the point. So if you can't understand that I don't know what to do for you. Maybe you should get a coloring book?

Back to the topic at hand I did find some Founders IPA "Azacca" this evening. It was good for sure. I thought it was very similar to the Little Sumpin IPA but it lacked the bite at the end. I think it would come down to preference on smoother IPA's or more of a crisp hoppy bite. I prefer the latter. It also had a little less ABV and was a little more expensive. Overall I thought it was very good. Let the down votes commence.

No love for Stone?

I'd put them right up there with the Sierra Nevada and Founders.

Terrapin

I’m locally biased but if I had to pick one large brewery to stick with for life it would be Terrapin.

On a small scale I’d go with Creature Comforts.
