The Greek salad from the Bright Star in Bessemer. It's your normal greek salad, but they add on anchovies, a big block of feta and they make their own dressing and garlic/parmesan sauce. I'm not a huge salad fan but I will take that thing down in a heartbeat. They even sell the two dressings/sauces that go on it, I've got two in the fridge right now.

Never realized how good the Greek food was in BR until I moved. This is probably the thing I miss the most I can no longer get of all things.
The chimes club salad with the pepper jelly vinaigrette is always a solid option too.

Need to try their shawarma salad.
Their simple feta side salad is a favorited with me. Being a carnivore at heart I am surprised I like it as much i do but that dressing is killer.
