Ice tea, and not that syrupy sweet crap you find in many southern states. I like mine with just a hint of sweetness and will brew it with a few cut up mint leaves in the pot to add a bit of a different flavor.

I'm also partial to Zatarain's Root Beer concentrate and I grew up drinking that stuff as a kid between my aunts and at home since we didn't get a lot of store bought sodas.

If talking about "mocktails", then it's a Virgin Mary with my blend of V-8 juice mix with all the spices, just hold the vodka.

I bet they make double on the hibiscus tea what you would make on a coke

Quality non alcoholic drinks can be a profit center, if you figure out what complements your menu & what your customer likes. Assuming that you have a soda fountain setup & can easily produce carbonated water, you might think about homemade syrups easily combined w/carbonated water to make sodas. Like a ginger/lemon syrup, or a hibiscus/jamaica syrup...

If that's too complicated for your kitchen/servers to handle, then consider offering premium sodas by the can: the San Pellegrino fruit sodas are popular, easily ordered by the case, and sold in a range of interesting flavors. Perrier has a similar offering.

At the very least, do a couple different sparkling waters sold by the bottle: Topo Chico and Mountain Valley, for example. Lots of ppl like mineral water, it's easily sourced and stored, shelf stable, and will set you apart from the herd of fast casual places that don't pay any attention to beverage service.

Learn how to make Lebanon’s Famous Iced Tea from Lebanon's Cafe.

Most South La Lebanese teas are black tea or lemon tea powder mix, simple syrup, rose water, lemon wedge, and pine nuts.

Mostly just an Arnold Palmer with rose water and pine nuts.

That's why he should offer that because it's awesome.
