I would personally go woth Dos Equis lager for a nice warm day and likely Negra Modelo in the evening.

Since Mexicans don't really care about Cinco De mayo, I'm sticking with a good beer like Lagunitas Maximus or maybe having a pint of Saison Dupont at the local pub.

I drank the absolute shite out of pacifico in Cabo and it was great. Bohemia is my number one. Plus it will get u sideways in a hurry.

I prefer Negra Modelo. I also like Modelo Especial.
