I'm coming into town tomorrow morning and craving a king cake big time. I see that Capital City Crawfish is selling Nonna Randazzo's. Is this my best bet or is there something better?

Take a look a the stickied king cake thread. I think some of the BR cakes were talked about there.

I ended up getting two from Ambrosia's - one traditional and one pecan praline with cream cheese.

Both were better than expected and excellent overall. I'd recommend them to everyone in BR.
