I will take nominations starting now.

My two cents:

Lea's

I'll second Strawn's.

George's has pretty good chocolate pie, but it's pretty hard to mess that up. And their other pies don't hold a candle to Strawn's

i think a pie taste test is in order before a game this fall. I will pick up any pie mentioned from shreveport to BR, which includes Strawn's, Lea's and any future nomination. I think two-three flavors are acceptable, since each has their "best". Thoughts on this? NOLA and Lake Chuck area posters (or out of state) need to chime in.

Plus you get to eat at a really great restuarant. You need a reservation and be willing to drop some cash. It is my favorite restuarant, not the best I have been to, but it is comfort food for me.
