What’s everyone’s experience shopping for keto items.

Walmart has some but I’d like to look at other stores.

Any suggestions ?

I mean, really any of them. I usually stick with broccoli, asparagus or spinach for my vegetable and then just a protein to go with it. Salmon, pork loin, or steak. Eggs and bacon or sausage for the weekend. Pretty much stay on that cycle. Cheese and pork rinds for snacks. Usually don’t eat breakfast during the week. Here is my lunch/dinner for the week will look like.

Today: Meat and cheese roll ups and celery with ranch to dip. Mayo for my roll ups. Salmon and broccoli for dinner

Tues: tuna salad in lettuce wraps for lunch, avocado. Dinner pork chop and Caesar salad.

Wed: Same as Monday. Dinner ribeye and asparagus.

Thur: wings for lunch. Salmon and creamed spinach for dinner maybe an avocado.

Friday: save all my carbs I can for beer so basically only meats on Fridays

Saturday: eggs and bacon for breakfast. Then who knows what. Usually wings for late lunch/dinner. Same for Sunday.

Also I take a vitamin to make sure I get all my nutrients I am missing out on

Eta: I am also not strict keto as I drink beer on the weekends (I do stick to michelob ultra) but I am down 33 lbs in 3 1/2 months. From 230 to 197 when I went to the doctor last week. Haven’t weighed this week yet. It’s an extremely simple and easy diet to follow

What are you trying to buy? Every grocery sells beef, fattier cuts of chicken and pork, and veggies. I've found some good keto snacks at costco, they have quite a bit of things made with coconut oil, almond flour, ect. Things like keto protein powders or other dry snacks I would just order online.
