Best greek marinade

I've found Greek marinade makes meat mushy. Would not recommend.

For chicken. I've had very good success with a combination of greek yogurt and Cavender's.

Yep yogurt, calenders, lemon, garlic, oregano and paprika is excellent for chicken. Beef I would go with oil, garlic and lemon juice but not for too long.
