I have a visit in the area coming up in a few months on a Monday. What are my best options for a good, early evening Chinese dinner?

Unfortunately the best Chinese restaurant in Shreveport, Lucky Palace, is closed on Mondays.

imperial cathay is not a bad choice, but lucky palace is the best.

four winds in Horseshoe is the best if it open yet. Imperial cathay on youree is always solid.
