Friend,
We have a friend in New York who travels to Arthur Avenue's Egidio Pastry Shop, which has my favorite cannoli anywhere. He ships them to us with the cream chilled and separate from the fried shell. I don't know if Egidio's ships or not, but you could call and ask.
In better times, I would go to Angelo Brocato's and ship you the cannoli. Brocato's isn't as good as Egidio's, but still will work in a pinch. I do not think they will ship cannoli, but you can call to see.
Uncle shared with me some cannnoli from Ferrara's a client mailed him a few years ago. They were good.
Whatever you do, make sure when your cannoli are shipped that the cream is separate from the shell, or you will get a mushy cannoli.
Yours,

I’m a brocatos devotee but the best cannoli I’ve ever had was at mikes in Boston. You can order off their website
