Central has my favorite ribs in the city

I was let down this past weekend by Central's ribs. In fact, we all were.

Find a Dickeys or bring some Rouses BBQ rub

Central is where I go for chicken. Their smoked half chicken and dry rub wings are very good, but it's admittedly been a while since I've been. Same thing is happening to Central that happened to Corky's once it got popular and expanded to multiple locations the quality suffered because they no longer have to be as good anymore people still just go

Alex's Tavern. Don't go after dark unless your are Memphis AF. They don't always have them, but order the wings if they don't have them.

Also commissary is garbage. They don't pull the stuff off the back of the ribs so you end up with that wax papery stuff. I've also gotten food poisoning. Some people love it though but they don't know how to cook ribs either.
