I'm sure everything is good but is there something in particular they do well. Looking for like stuffed chicken or something like that.

I got a frozen container of gumbo last time I was there. When I thawed it out, there was a large rusted industrial bolt of some sort at the bottom, I assume from a piece of equipment used to make the gumbo.

I've had one of their "cajun teriyaki" steaks before, which is basically just a marinade of soy sauce and tony's. It was fine though.

I'm disappointed they don't have more of a seafood selection. Lot's of stuffed chickens, turduckens, pork, etc., but no seafood. The closest you can get is stuffed shrimp, and crab-stuffed chicken breasts, which sounds gross.

They make good salsa, though

Thanks for that. Yeah I don't know that I've ever had crab stuffed chicken.

I buy the Pork Tasso there by the Pound. Only place, that I have found in town that has it. The only other thing we have bought from there are assorted sausages and boudin.

If I remember right, they did have some stuffed chicken.

Never heard of it. Is this Alex Bergeron? From Centenary baseball via New Iberia?

You spend too much time at the Walmarks, Zach. Buy smoked chicken and Bergeron's and make Lucy some smoked chicken salad for variety. The dogs will appreciate it.

The smoked boudin at the BR store is excellent. So are the smoked meats.
