I live down the street from the one in Shreveport. Boudin, boudin balls, wings (smoked and fried) are great. Most of their meats (pork loin, chickens, etc) are real salty.

I really like their spicy boudin. No green onions which I love. Their pepper jack boudin balls are great too, 3 of those things and an ice cold drink at lunch ftw.
