Beer Around Houston

GM peeps. I'm heading to Houston for the weekend and was wondering if there were any good beers from that area that you guys would recommend. I'll be staying around the airport so if there are any good beer shops around there let me know. Thanks

I can't speak to the quality of the "local" beers but can confirm that the St. Arnolds Brewery is still a good time.
You could also find the nearest Specs and likely find anything you want.

yeah man which airport? If near Bush check out the hop stop near 59 and 1960. Small place but he always has kick arse local stuff on tap. Also back pew brewery is really close just north off of 59 and I think spindletap brewery is close as well.

you'll be close enough to run up to the midtown Specs, go to St Arnold's, Hay Merchant, 8th Wonder, and many other places
