Is Bernadette's in Gonzales still around? It used to be on their menu.

don't see it on the menu...and looking for a restaurant that has it...I'd mess it up for sure doing it at home.

Just check Maison Lacour, which would have been my guess, and they don't have it.

Internet seems to say Bernadette's in Gonzales serves it. Not sure what this place even is, so you may want to make sure it even still exists

They have them on a catering menu... We've got them a few times before and they do a really good job.

Bernadette's

Had dinner here about 5 years ago. We were the only table that night. The food was good but I remember it being pretty expensive.

It is right past Pelican Point on the first major intersection. I don't think I would recommend it to anyone though, as it was weird being the only customers in the restaurant that night.

OTOH, I bet if you call them and tell them Beef Wellington was what you wanted, the chef would make it for you. Ask the price first.

Bernadette's was a high end, side restaurant at THE CABIN. In the darrow area, near Pelican point
