Beef tenderloin butt

Saw this at rouses and picked it up thinking it was a mini brisket(wasn't really thinking).

Should I just cut it into steaks? Try to roll it and cook like the rest of a tenderloin?

Reverse sear the whole thing.
Whip up some horseradish sauce.

Yep smoke it til it hits 125 internal then pull it with probe in it when temp stops climbing back on grill to sear. Roast some of those small yukon golds and some brussel sprouts you got a hell of a meal

You can clean it and cut into steaks like filets. I clean it, tie it, salt and pepper, then roast to 130.

It was $56. I normally just grab something to put on the smoker for the games so $50-60 isn't out of the normal. I did pork last weekend so wanted something different. Not enough people or time to cook a full brisket.
