A friend of mine fixed this dish using a oven recipe. Made 2 casserole dishes full. Does anyone a recipe like this. I remember no wine was used. Plenty of butter and fresh lemon slices and onions slices over the shrimp while cooking.

While it doesn't look like traditional Bbq shrimp, it does look like what is served at The Chimes for their bbq shrimp poboy. Looks good regardless. Shrimp with butter, garlic and other seasoning is almost always tasty.

casserole dish or black iron skillet in the oven as it doesn't take long

1 stick butter
1 cup Worcestershire , more if desired
1 lb. of shrimp 16/20 ct.
make sure shrimp heads are ON
fresh cracked black pepper corn
green onion tops
minced garlic
lemon juice squeezed (optional)
1/2 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)

Fresh French bread is a must to dip in sauce and lap bowl clean
bake at 350* for 15-18 min .... basting and flipping shrimp every few minutes

BBQ Shrimp is a unique dish that's easy to get right. Mainly oil, shrimp with heads and lots of garlic, spices and French bread to soak it all up and you can't go wrong.

Other than the Pascal's Manale recipe, most bbq shrimp recipes have butter rather than oil.

Nah, I’ll take it. I admitted it wasn’t pretty and I’ll own it. It was delicious though.

Maybe I’ll just be a poster child of how not to share food photos unless your culinary skills are minimally decent.

It looked good, just shared the recipe I have because it's different. Wasn't trying to say anyone was doing it wrong or right. Just found a way that I like.

ETA: I guess my way isn't BBQ shrimp at all. More like shrimp mosca.
