Blind Tiger is a very cool joint with simple, well executed food. And usually a decent crowd.

I saw it earlier today. What do you recommend from there?

Royal reds at Blind Tiger. But they basically serve "bar food", if that's what you're looking for. Id eat elsewhere they go to BT for a drink after.

Go across the street to Trapani's or to Sycamore House for some more refined offerings

It's late in the game but 201 N. Beach has great food. Trapani's is pretty good too. Best food is Sycamore House

I've never tried that dish there, but I need to. We eat at Traps often.

None of the marina side places built as nicely as Trapanis or 200, they all went for an open air type feel. The three story is Triple Tails, but it never fully opened. The third story has live bands and sometimes the second story is open as a bar. I've been to plenty of catered private parties upstairs but I've never eaten food cooked at TT.

Cuz's is our new boil/fried restaurant down there and it's in the French Settlement building with Pop Brothers.

Anyway, did y'all walk around for 2nd Saturday? They have a band at the Mckingbird?
