To me, Baton Rouge really only has two high end steakhouses - Flemings and Ruth's. And there certainly would be room for one more.
Steak 18 is just plain bad IMO. Would have been nice for the casino to have partnered up with something like a Mortons to put in the casino just like one of the casinos in Biloxi has the Ruth's.
