I'm not sure if they have barbacoa, but El Tio on Burbank has the best tacos in the city IMO. If they don't have barbacoa, I'd still suggest going and getting the asada and camaron tacos. Unreal

I ate at Mi Tierra on Perkins near Siegen last week. Damn good tacos, but I was the only English speaking customer in the place.
