Just gave it a shot today. Pho was OK(too warm). Spring rolls were as expected. One cool item that it has is freshly squeezed sugar cane juice.
I'll try the rice plate next time.

Too hot is a very odd complaint about pho

Is this like being extra medium?

When it doesn't make the bean sprouts tender, it's not hot enough.

Went this evening, had the pho tai ($7.99)and roasted pork Bahn mi ($4.95). The pho broth was well seasoned and importantly came with fresh noodles that didn't feel like a hockey puck and tender, thin sliced round. Banh mi was good, good Baguette, would have liked the pork to have been a little crispier though. Overall better than Ava street at a lower price. The final test for me will be the pork vermicelli bowl, which will likely easily better Ava st but not sure it's going to top drunken fish.

"Too warm" doesn't typically equal "not hot enough" in standard English construction.

Right. Got confused between warm and cool. Engrish is my second language.
