I was in Austin this weekend. Had a tremendous breakfast at Valentinas Tex Mex. I specifically ordered "The Real Deal Holyfield"

I had no idea brisket and eggs paired so greatly for breakfast.

Just wanted to share since the food was so great but the location was in the middle of nowhere. It's a locals joint. Not a tourist joint.

Anyone else try this place?

Yeah buddy. You picked a good BBQ spot. IMO it's one of the best in central TX.

I've never ordered any of their sandwiches or tacos. I usually just order meats like I do at any other BBQ place. I had their brisket and pulled pork.

One of the coolest music venue/ bars is out there too called Sam's town Point.

Real Deal Holyfield is the best breakfast taco ever! I freakin love that thing, my twin boys ask me often when can we go get a RDH? They make those tortillas in that little trailer and they are so damn good.
