Asia Restaurant and Ultra Lounge

It's in BR on Greenwell Springs Road (just outside of Central). The building was home to several Chinese restaurants. The one I remember as a kid was called "Hong Kong Inn" (great food before it became solely a buffet). It seems like nothing ever lasts in there, and I haven't seen much activity with it in a while.
But I recently saw the "Asia Restaurant and Ultra Lounge" sign on the way home from work one afternoon, and the parking lot was full. I figured this meant a new Chinese restaurant was trying its luck, so Friday the wife and I decided to go check it out; the parking lot was completely empty.
A google search brings me to their Facebook page: LINK
Their web site, which tells me nothing because it's not working correctly: LINK
And a craigslist employment listing: LINK
The facebook page says:
Attire: Dressy
Payment Options: Accepts all major credit cards
Parking: Parking Lot
Services: Takes Reservations
Walk-Ins Welcome
Good For Groups
Take Out
Catering
Waiter Service
Outdoor Seating
Specialties:
Dinner
Drinks
But that craigslist listing says they are hiring armed and unarmed "club security."
Also, almost every friend on their facebook page is black. So, all this information leads me to believe it is a night club for black people, but they have to serve food to be able to operate there -- and I'm assuming it will quickly become an unspoken rule that you shouldn't be eating there (like Mike's Daiquiris or Chelsea's after 10 p.m. even though "the kitchen never closes.")
But if anyone has some additional information, please let me know.

Pass by there twice a day, I have no clue what it is even though they just put up a new sign thats reads "O ASIA"
eta: ohhh, its a circle with chinese letters...the chinese letters are barely visible on the sign by the street.

Same thing as before probably, when they tried Shangra La. Complete BS. "asian atmosphere with southern food, blah blah blah"
If you cant afford to revamp, dont open a business. Everyone tries to take shortcuts, therfore, fails in the end.

The building is probably the best looking chinese restaurant in BR, too bad the location blows

I moved back to Central last July and saw that for a while but didn't see cars. Finally, we decided to check it out and there was no one in the parking lot except for one guy coming out of the building with a brown paper bag. Then, a few weeks later, it's this Asia place. Same thing again; Friday evening, no one there.
The location is definitely bad, but I wish they'd do something with it. It used to be a very nice building; it's just aged, but no one has made an attempt to improve it.
