I think it's impossible to make this in the microwave using their directions without it boiling over and making a mess.
These hippies must be using a 400 W solar powered microwave or something.

i use Bob's Red Mill oatmeal and have the same problem if I don't watch it carefully. napalm all over the microwave...not fun to clean up...

This is some stuff I keep at work...I don't feel like dirtying pots and pans
And I don't really care whether or not it is organic...I just happened to be in this little health food shop next to Siamese Thai yesterday and picked up a few things to keep at the office...

Trial 1: Put it in the microwave for 4 minutes like it said. shite everywhere.
*cleans microwave
Trial 2: Get a bowl that is double the size and reduce the cook time to 3 minutes
shite everywhere, what small amount of oats is left in the bowl is all dried out because all the liquid left the bowl.
At that point I gave up. I'm not cleaning a microwave 3 times for one bowl of oats
