"Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme. . ." OK, in what kind of dish would these herbs be used? I'm guessing it's poultry. Or is this line just a listing of items available at the fair?

Beef, pork, poultry......all are classic European herbs used throughout the old Roman Empire, from its warmest spots to the coolest ones.
