Anyone use a flat top grill (blackstone) as their primary grill?

Thinking about getting a good one and having a small Weber as needed.

We tried burgers & pork steaks & both came out great

I do.
Gas grill just sits unused. Will probably sell this spring.
I use my Weber when I want to cook over fire, but the griddle gets used more often just because it’s so quick, easy, and versatile.

My dad has one.
It’s pretty dope.
I’ve done burgers and cheesesteaks on it.
He does breakfast all the time.

Smash burgers are amazing on it. An outdoor griddle is much more versatile than a grill with the exception that you can smoke meat with a grill if necessary.

I use mine all the time. Do breakfast tacos pretty often. Hibachi and fajitas also.
