Anyone know who owned Big Bears Po-Boys in Hammond near Southeastern in early 2000's?

Moved and so not sure what happened but know they are closed now. They had THE BEST oyster po-boys and I still think of them from time to time. Wondering if they went and opened another restaurant anywhere and serve those juicy oysters.
