Honestly? What the hell are they thinking? Are they trying to compete with our poboy shops? or our seafood? This is like a long john silver's with lipstick. I give a year tops. That location is crap too.

The location is fine, especially for lunch crowds. It's far enough down from Essen/Staring to not be total traffic hell getting in and out.
