re: Anyone here a fan of soft boiled eggs?

Still my favorite way to eat eggs. My mom would make this for me as a kid all the time, and she would serve it to me cut up and mixed in a bowl like an egg stew. I eat it this way to this day with my bread as my fork.


I steam mine for 5-6 minutes. I used to boil for 1 minute until I learned the steam method. It makes pealing soft and hard boiled eggs much easier.
