I mean, I'm not going to try it. Alfredo is easy and takes like 5 minutes. There's no reason for me to buy the jar.

Maybe mine is different from yours in that I don't use green onions...just chop some trinity, half & half cream, butter, a little flour for the blonde roux, 1/2 cap of garlic crab boil, parsley and tails.

Mrs Geauxtigers and our daughter (no pics...of either) insists on having it when we have steaks for supper. I'll put some in my baked potato...



eta: I'll also make that same sauce, throw it in some little filo cups, top with shredded pepper jack and bake for 10 minutes as a killer appetizer.
