The Park is awesome and very much like what I’m envisioning for myself.

Thank you! It is rustic outdoor/cowboy cooking. Labor intensive...not set it and forget it for sure. Worth the rewards to me. I usually have time to do other things...like work in the garden, bush hog etc.

Lot of house for the money.

Problem is, it is not on the lake (Norfork). A lakeside location pushes the price up another $500,000
