Here's mine that my mom has been making for years and it's unreal and easy

Lb of crawfish tails
8oz of velveeta
8oz of cream cheese
Cup or so of trinity
Stick of butter
Diced jalapeños
worcestershire
1 can of rotel

Steps:
Melt stick of butter and add trinity until veggies are cooked down/clear

Add pack of crawfish tails (frozen or not doesn't matter) and season a little bit with Tony's and just stir and cook on low/medium heat for a little bit

Add 8oz of diced velveeta and 8 of of diced cream cheese

Add can of rotel, stir, and cook until cheese is all melted obviously

For the heat I add a couple of generous tablespoons of diced jalapeños and even some juice and then a couple of dashes of worc.

Stir together until warm and serve with Fritos scoops.

Emeril's crawfish imperial is a great dish to serve as dip.
