Thinking stove top for easier storage ability.

I have a Le Creuset reversible and I like it.
ETA: Was a gift. I think Lodge makes one for a fraction of the cost.

Get a flattop grill if you can (campchef or blackstone). They are awesome.

Cook’s Illustrated’s winner has long been the BroilKing Professional Griddle. It’s best feature is the consistency of temperature across the entire griddle surface. The two I’ve owned never had hot spots. It’s large enough to fry a dozen eggs at the same time. The BroilKing is more expensive than the others but this is certainly a case of paying up for top quality.
