I basically use the recipe off the box but with additional seasoning & sub out some of the extras.
- 3c of each Chex type
- 1.5 sticks butter
- 4tb worcestershire
- 2tb seasoning salt
- 1tb garlic powder
- 1tb onion powder
Melt butter, add seasoning, pour over Chex & stir to coat.
Bake @ 250 for an hour, stirring every 15m.
Extras I add after bake. No set measurement, just add until the ratio looks right. Spread over parchment paper to cool.
- Pretzel sticks
- Cheez-Its (Colby Jack)
- Raisins (controversial)
- Toffee coated peanuts
- Cajun trail mix
- 3c of each Chex type
- 1.5 sticks butter
- 4tb worcestershire
- 2tb seasoning salt
- 1tb garlic powder
- 1tb onion powder

That's pretty much the basic you need. Start with this and you can alter it to your tastes. I add hot sauce and do different BBQ rubs and seasonings rather than seasoned salt.
